Boodle takes and takes and I am need to know what will stop them

We have a standing payment arrangement for 2 debit orders and you do a third without any approval. I have loss of income due to lockdown and you are putting me further in debt with other debtors due to your selfish, ********* business practices. Please can I have feedback on the above query on why you had a third debit order go off.
