Boodle - Slow service

Service is shocking from this company. Sent a service request that took days to answer, loaded documents when they said it would only take 3 hours to process but again took days. People needing a quick loan most likely can't wait long periods for feedback or payouts. I needed the money for medication a week ago, and had to make a different arrangement.
