Boodle refusing to acknowledge/refund my extra payment!
I have paid in full to settle my loan with the legal team, who have confirmed my account is updated accordingly. Legal has advised that a refund is due to to me for a certain amount as I paid in extra. However, extremely difficult to get hold Boodle on ***, lines never work. When I send an email all I get is an automated response it's handed to legal. Nobody seems to read emails or man the box. They are sitting with my money and totally ignoring my request for the refund even after their legal team confirmed my account is up to date. Extremely upset and demanding my refund, they are shirking to pay back!
