Boodle randomly decide to debit whatever they want

This is the last time I am contacting you about debiting me for 2 amounts on the same day. If you refuse to respond and correct the mistake and return my R750.00 I will lodge a ***** case against you and stop all remaining debit orders.

This is absurd that you do not address this issue and just ignore my emails.

You can see for yourself on your side that you debited me on 2 March for R1739.61 (normal monthly debit amount) and also for R750.00 (which was never approved or at all an amount I am due to pay on the same day)

This will be my last loan with you guys, clearly you do not care about clients raising issues like this and dont prioritize responding and correcting the mistake, absolutely useless support.

Now you also have the audacity to email me that I am owing on my last payment yet you debited the monthly amount that was due and an excess R750.00 that was not part of the debit arrangements.

Sort this out immediately.
