Boodle R9364 ******

It happens that my bank paid of Boodle when i app**** for a consolidation loan, which I was not aware of and the very next day i phoned Boodle to request a settlement letter and they provided me with a channel to pay the loans I have with them. Now thats a double payment, 1 from my bank and the other from myself, 1 day after the other.

Fair enough, we all make mistakes and my bank settled each account individually, I on the other hand was giving a channel in which the entire sum was paid in a single payment, a single amount that was supposed to be deivide amongst my loans.

After several months of trying to track down the funds, as i was not aware that my bank had paid Boodle the day before i did, i found that Boodle had been paid twice.

Its now 3 weeks that i have been in contact with Boodle and sadly they cant track down any funds nor do they let me even explain the story. They cannot understand that my bank paid 2 loans individually and that i had paid a single amount (as per boodle instructions)

So 3 weeks later R300 airtime later I still can't get anybody to help me at Boodle to try and refund me the R9364.00 that was over paid in error to settle an loan i had with Boodle.
