BOODLE - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT UP TO STANDARD

I used their services. They debited my account 1st month. Then during this process, I app**** for debt review, but cancelled because I sold my car and paid all my debt, however all by creditors were informed of the debt review. I advised all creditors that debt rev. was cancelled, before it even started. Boodle handed me over to their debt review department. They insisted I was going to pay for interest as the account is now lying with their debt review department. I had paid my account, even paid double the month, that it was compromised. Now, I am forced to pay for a fee, I do not know what it is for. I loaned a certain amount, I paid that amount in full as per the loan agreement, and now I'm being asked to pay for their attorney fees. I don't see how this is legit.
