Boodle Paid Up Letter

I paid Boodle on the 1st February 2022 but my credit records show that I am 120+ in arrears. I have spoken to Boodle Customer Service Centre and they keep referring me to their lawyers who keep confirming that the account is paid up and closed and keep promising to send a Paid Up Letter. I have contacted Clientele Legal hoping that they will assist me in getting a Paid Up Letter but this also does not seem to help. Somebody Please HELP?
