boodle not hearing my unemployment pleas!

I have been unemployed from last year June 2023. I have notified Boodle of such, the credit insurance kicked in the paid off the loan. I am still unemployed yet Boodle is demanding arrears monies from me.

I have been evicted, lost my car, in depression, living off friends and relatives, lost my sister who was my breadwinner, chronic diabetic; but does boodle care of our financial and health difficulties??? No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they are demanding and harassing me, despite me stating my issues. I have no monies. Friends send through medication and food monies, boodle attempts two debicheck despite me rejecting them. first amount R1300 thereabouts and 2nd amount R1700 thereabout!!! What is wrong with this company? do they have no pity for the down-trodden??

I have requested they write off the arrears, as the credit insurance will not pay for it. the guy insists i make arrangements?? how do i make arrangements when I do not have a cent on me!!!!!!

Gosh, with all the current stress, boodle is adding additional which has since spiked up my sugar levels to 20,5! I cannot get the levels down!!!!

Please may i have the ceo and finance manager's email address. Maybe they will have a kind listening ear.
