Boodle is just disorganized....

I had a six months payment agreement, in the middle of that they decided to send my account to lawyers for no reason, I was paying as per agreement and I tried to show them that their debit order department messed up, I even sent my bank statements to their lawyers, but I was forced to pay lawyer fees I was not responsible for. When you ask what happened they send you to lawyers, when you ask lawyers they send you back to debit order department, when you ask them they send you back to lawyers, so no one knows. I don't want to ever deal with them in my life.
