Boodle gives me run around

Boodle wants me to run around and jump through hoops for mistakes done on their side when issuing loans. They did not do their due diligene with regards to the application which has resulted in an unauthorised person creating a loan application on my behalf using my ****** identity. Management was not prepared to assist with my situation and am hesitant in giving more personal information to the call centre. Not a pleasant service as I am the victim yet I'm doing the hard work to resolve this issue.
