Boodle does not honor its contractual obligations and needs to be shut down!
Boodle is the worse micro lending company I have ever dealt with. They have no integrity in their operation and does not honor their contractual obligations. In my case, they ********ly took a credit I had on my one loan to settle the other loan without my permission. I had taken a loan over a 3-month period and they went and settled my loan with my credit when it was only active for 14 days of the 3 months term and still charged me full interest. I have emailed and called numerous their support center numerous times and no Supervisor has bothered to call me back or taken remedial actions for my complaint.
Companies like these are contributing to our struggling economy by exploiting our people. Micro lenders like Wonga & mPowa are much more ethical in their dealings.
I will be lodging an official complaint with the Financial Services Ombudsman today as companies like these should not be permitted to operate.

I have sent numerous emails to your support email and called everyday since 28 May to get this resolved in an amicable way but no one cared to listen or take action.
Yesterday afternoon I sent a final long escalation email (9th one), warning that I would take other steps if no response by this morning.
I'm awaiting the refund communication from your finance team and hope Boodle follows through on their commitment ASAP.
