Boodle Credit Inquiries Done Without Consent

I app**** for a loan with Boodle in my hour of need. Even though they've helped me, but it was not to my satisfaction. Now they're making applications without my consent and application. I've brought to their attention with no help. On 22/05/2023 Zodwa Gumede responded on their Support email, still with no help. They're messing up my credit profile with all these credit inquiries. They've made yet another loan application without my knowledge and consent dated 08/06/2023.

This is not inline with the Treating Customer Fairly policy.

Don not trust these Loan Sharks.
