Boodle Cash Loans Dishonest
I ever you can avoid using Boodle to take a loan from please do. And if you have no choice but to take the loan DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON LIFE INSURANCE. I have two Boodle loans and was retrenched in January of 2024 already, I have sent through the required documents to get the loan paid with the life insurance on numerous occasions and even sent the documents to their legal company IDA Law in order to get what i paid for. All to no avail. Still no settlement just continuous calls and messages to pay my loan. Do you know that YOU are in Breach of Contract Boodle. The contract clearly state that in case of Death, Disability or Retrenchment my Life insurance will cover the costs of my loan. I am going to report you to and lay a complaint at the NCR as a ************* lying credit provider. You are dishonest and a bunch of ****s.
We refer to our previous correspondence in which we requested the outstanding retrenchment documentation required to proceed with your matter.
Despite our initial request and subsequent follow-up communication, we did not receive all the required documents within the stipulated timeframe. As the outstanding information was necessary to continue managing the matter effectively, and in the absence of any response or submission of the documents, we were left with no alternative but to hand the matter over to our attorneys for further action.
Should you wish to regularise the matter or provide the outstanding documentation, please liaise directly with the appointed attorneys, whose details have already been shared with you
