Boodle cannot provide detail of any money owed

Good day, in +- 2014 I took up a loan from Boodle, due to circumstances I couldn't pay the loan but agreed with them to pay in more than 1 instalment. I stuck to my agreements every month. I've start receiving sms saying Hi to someone else with the name "Carol" reminding her to pay her account. I've contacted Boodle on various occasions and they said I must just ignore the mails and sms as I do pay my account. Not long afterwards Boodle handed my account over to HTN Attorneys as stated that I didn't stick to agreements, but was a lie. I contacted Boodle once again and they said that it was a mistake as I did stick to my agreement with the collections department. Since 2016 I am trying to get a detailed statement from Boodle or HTN showing the amount since the day I took out the loan, showing all the monthly payments so that I can cross check with them that it is correct as I didn't agree to the handed over amount. According to Boodle they cannot provide me with such detail. When I ask HTN they can only give me a statement since the day my account was handed over. Due to the reason that Boodle got me mixed up with a lady Carol and my account mistakenly handed over, it is demanded from me to pay an amount which neither HTN nor even BOODLE can provide me any detail for accuracy of. How can I keep on paying an amount which a creditor cannot even proof to me that it is being owed or any detail of???????? Even on ITC I am listed as a bad payer, for something NO CREDITOR CAN GIVE ME DETAILED OF...…………… Do I just have to accept it and keep on paying for any person they feel I am liable for?????????
