Boodle Applying for loans on my behalf with no consent

This is the 2nd month in a row that Boodle has app**** for a loan without my consent. I have an active loan but the system keeps applying me for new ones without my input wich is massively affecting my credit score.

The contact number does not seem to work unless they need to get hold of me and I am still waiting for a so-called "supervisor" to call me regarding this matter. I will need to take this matter to the financial ombudsman as it is not only unprofessional but *******.
