balance outstanding after settling account

Boodle dont close your account once you have paid it, instead they want to milk you of every cent that you have!<br> <br> 28 May 2015 final demand email from boodle recieved - final payment of 1413.84 is due. <br> I paid this on the 29 May 2015.<br> 4 June 2015 I recieved email stating arrears with an amount of R 208.42.<br> 29 June 2015 paid the arrears because I figured it must be interest for late payment.<br> 16 July 2015 I recieve another email arrears with an amount of R 153.22 Same day i respond asking what this is about as the account should be closed as i have settled it. No response from boodle.<br> 21 July 2015 recieved another email demanding payment, again rep**** that the account was settled so why is there a balance. No response from boodle<br> 24 July 2015 recieved another email demanding payment, again rep**** that the account was settled so why is there a balance.<br> <br> No response recieved to my emails. Instead i am harrassed with demand for payment for what i dont know as the money i borrowed has been paid with interest. Close this account immediately as I will not pay another cent after i settled this account 2 months ago!!<br>
