bad service received
app**** for a loan, about 4 days ago, was told to upload, 3 payslips , which was done. Upon calling several times and days, was then further requested bank statements which were also uploaded, then requested that i should upload the recenr bank statement via whatsapp, only to receive feedback that the application has expired. If employment was verified, 3payslips, why the unprofessional, run around?
