Bad service

I took out a loan with boodle and upon taking it I sent my 3 months payslips and they personally retrieved my bank statements from my bank, both which clearly show my pay day as the last day of the month. Even one of the statements they sent me showed that my debit day is the last day of the month. They went ahead to debit my account on the 25th and did it twice everytime taking up all the money that was in my account and leaving me stranded. I called them several times to try and correct this. The agents would promise that it would be rectified. This month again it was not rectified when I called their collections I was helped by a rude agent who told me I have defaulted yet she does see that I get paid on the last day of the month and as such paid for my loan on the last day of the month.
