Bad Service

I have app**** two times for a loan which have been cancelled , I called and asked the reason and was told by Buhle that I need to upload again, which I did, Then it was cancelled again. I called again the person on the other line confirmed that my documents are uploaded and she can see them and I will get a call "soonest" I asked when is that she rep****" tomorrow. 2 days have past now and still haven't heard from them.
