Bad service

This organisation is good on messing up peoples credit scores.

The is that guy from collections team called Tsepang that has no way to speak to people.

All he wants is a payment date. Doesn’t care of anything.

Also a Lady from support called Buhle who thinks She owns Boodle & takes things personal.

While my credit score is affected , I have paid you guys & have closed the account.

This is bad & please fix my credit score.
