Bad service

I app**** for a loan on 24 August 2022, on your website it says feedback is given within 3 hours. To date my loan is still pending. A consultant by the name Rirandzo Mnisi emailed me requesting bank statements which I emailed to him and uploaded on the site. He then wanted an arrangement letter from vodacom ???? I am not in arears with Vodacom why would a arrangement letter be needed. He then proceeded to phone me and try and sell me a policy of which he new nothing about. I emailed for feedback yesterday and he wanted my bank statements again and a vodacom arrangement letter. I emailed back and asked him to cancell the application immediately because I was scared of ***** , to date no cancellation and he still hasnt rep**** to my email
