Bad service
Boodle is the worst. They handed me over to some law firm and when I asked what the reason is, they said i am on debt review but the funny thing is I'm not on debt review and they ignored my request to retract my name from this so called law firm and had a nerve to say on my report that I missed 7 payments meanwhile they forced me to pay the law firm to pay them charging me law fees which is nonsense and now this reflects badly on my credit report.

21 Apr 2023, 12:24I took out a loan in October 2023 for 6 months but I'm still paying for the loan. It's April 2023. 7 months in and I'm still paying them. I should be done by now, and nobody from boodle is interested in helping with my account(s), all they do is refer me to HTN attorneys. Why must I still pay HTN attorneys if I'm done??????? No accurate updates on my credit report. I have a lot of questions but boodle is refusing to answer them which is unfair and affecting my credit report in a bad way.
