Bad Service
Ridiculous service. Their site says a 3 hour turnaround time to receive a decision. But you don't get any feedback. When speaking to someone over their chat service it takes hours to get a reply and then all they can say is you will get feedback once it's processed. Okay wonderfull, how many days or weeks do we have to wait for this "3 hour feedback time"

13 Sept 2024, 10:29The most useless service ever. Day after day I keep getting asked to upload more and more and more documents. Talk about 3 hour decision time but yet it's taken me a week and I get no feedback except requests to upload more documents. I would not recommend this place to anybody in urgent need of a loan. They falsely advertise that you will get a decision in 3 hours. Very untrue.

13 Sept 2024, 10:53Wow after days and days of struggling I get given a quote for R1330 even though I app**** for a loan of R8000. That won't even cover the parts of my vehicle repairs, nevermind labour.
So sad that I have R2000 left over after all my expenses but yet you do not see that as enough per month to cover a bigger loan amount. Will definitely never use the Boodle service again
