Bad Service

I took a loan from Boodle which was paid in full several months ago, but this is still showing as an outstanding loan on the Credit Bureau. I have phoned them several times to correct this, and each time they assure me it will be corrected, but this has not been done. This is very irritating as I cannot get credit due to this showing that I have made no payments at all on the loan.
