Bad repitation and bad customer service

I would like to warn whoever is going to take a loan at Boodle. I was handed over to their lawyers, although I have never missed a payment with them. I signed up for 6 6-month loans, and there is one month I missed on the loan, I was on my 2nd payment. The next thing I was dealing with was the lawyers. They messed up my name unnecessarily.
