bad communciation
What i dont like is the communication barrier.... ive tried to communciate for over a hour after they received payment they went quiet.
Thabang has been avoiding my calls after trying to get hold of him for a full hour as the phone lines are just **** they need to sort out their communication barriers.
No one called me back as yet i am so dissapointed.
He said i will receive feedback as it shortly and it wont take long almost 2hrs going and im still waiting.
there are the helpful customer service agents then there are those wo ignore you deliberately.
i need communication asap.
