*********** accounts department

I took a loan with Boodle and settled the account on 23 Feb 2024, boodle then decided to debit my account on 28 Feb 2024, not sure why they did this, after I had settled this account, but anyway, I requested a refund and got my refund back into to my account. now I am receiving an SMS that my account is in arrears matching the account number that I settled, I have sent them the proof and still not resolved. please stay away from this company, they are ***********. can't even resolve a simple problem. to management in *********** accounts department, retrain your staff and manage your staff, fix this!!!!!!!!
