Account not updated on credit bureau

I settled my account in 2018 but the account is still reflecting arrears on the credit bureau. I’m apply for a house bond but this is still affecting me negatively though I paid for both loans. Please sort this out urgently. The lawyers advised I need to speak to you which I did more than once. I don’t know if should report this to ombudsman for it to be resolved or what.
