Acc not closed
I have settled this account 28th Feb with amt provided by call centre agent on the 28th Feb . The account on my profile is still outstanding . I have tried daily from 2nd March to get hold of the team via call centre number , online service requests and the e-mail address provided info@boodle with no response . The call centre lines seem to be down . Why is my account not closed ?
