Absolutely *******, Non existent Service

Absolutely terrible service and no feedback, if one can stay away from this company do so... Boasts about giving a loan in 3 hours, been 4 days and have uploaded all requested documents twice. When I phoned in was kept on hold for 25 minutes, had to phone back again and was told that it would be sorted out right away. So the urgency of the required loan went away so I have now cancelled the application.
