Well, well well. When I searched for some mobile screen on the 12th of January 2023, I first thought Bonzi.co.za was a local South African company. As per the .co.za behind their name. Well so I searched and I found some items I like, placed the order and checked out, make payment and got my invoice. After I made payment I notice there was a line said they deliver world wide, and the stock is coming from China..... So payment was made, so there is no turning back after this. I received a email with the invoice and a message that said the good will take between 2-3 weeks. I panicked!! I'm not going to lie... I head to google and start searching.... bonzi.co.za and I see people have horrible experiences..... So I started to panic real bad... I DON'T KNOW this company, and by this point I knew my money was gone. BUT IT WASN'T THE CASE. Bonzi.co.za have sent me regular updates every 2-3 days.... The app is working real good and I could communicate with them via e-mail and whatsapp. Today, I got an sms that my parcel is ready for collection at PEP. Yes you read correct, PEP Stores. Sent my wife in the collect the parcel, and by this time I was very sceptical about if this is the items I ordered, or is this actually there. So by my surprise..... the parcel was there, in a bag, with tons of air wrapping and the correct goods was packed and shipped to me. Exactly as how it was described on the dot. The quality are beyond excellent!! Tools and everything included to remove the old screens!! So to those who have not received their parcels please follow up, go to your local PEP stores with your order or tracking nr, as their must be some crazy explanation why your parcel was not delivered. Guy's it took 9 days!! 9 days and 10,261 km later!! Thank you Bonzi.co.za. I'm sorry for doubting you and thank you for your fast delivery, and for packing my goods so securely for this very long distance shipping. You will definitely be packing some orders for me in the very near future!! Desmond.
