Poor to no customer service

I questioned the return policy before i bought a product. When i received the product, it was not functioning as i expected and the reason for checking the return policy before-hand. After numerous attempts i could return the product, but they refunded me less than a 3rd of the value, which is against the policy and my concerns before i made the purchase. They dont have telecom lines to speak to a person and they hardly respond to emails, and when they do, they clearly not read the concerns, as they answer generic answers. Absolute poor customer service. They walk away from their responsibilities towards customer complaints.
