Not to be trusted!

This company is a ****. I ordered a 18650 welder + leads and they only got the leads and it took almost 5 months for the (leads only) to arrive. They purposefully ****. I even emailed them asking if it included the set (welder + leads) and they said "yes the set". I even sent them a images indicating both or just the leads and they said both as indicated in the image i emailed them. This was the add wording:DH20 Pro+ Handheld DIY Mini Spot Welder with Quick Release, Style: 2 x Soldering Pen.

I'm still waiting for them to respond.........disgusting. Don't use them this. Please note Bonzi keep asking for a rating as soon as you place the order. They keep asking hoping you will give them a good rating before the incorrect item arrives, or parts missing, only to receive it 5 months later and its not the full order as advertised. Be warned, you will be sorry using Bonzi. A total ****! If you don't hear from me again it will mean they never made good on their false advertising. I will however respond if they make good and send the welder.
