Incompatible item received and refund denied

Garbage quality products. Ordered some new ear pads for my edifier W860NB headphones. Ear pads supp**** were incompatible with my headphones even though it was advertised as being correct and Bonzi refuse to refund. This is just another cheap low quality online retailer from China pretending to be South African.
