They claim to be an online store. Everything has to be ordered from China which you wait for. They then decide where in your city to deliver to but it’s not an address they ask for in their delivery form. So why bother even asking. When following up, they do as little work as possible expecting the purchaser to do all the work and follow ups. They don’t provide the right codes and information making eventual collection impossible. My advise is do not purchase anything over the internet other than from Takealot which we all know is SA and deliver. Don’t wast time and energy on ********** and ************ even when they seem cheap. Most online companies have no intention of ever delivering and are simply out to ***** money and make a fast buck. Most of them are not even South African.Anybody can buy a co.za address on the internet.
