Please safe yourself a headache and just purchase from other online stores like takealot etc. What I've gathered is that they don't have these items that they advertise on their website in a warehouse somewhere, they are ordered from overseas and you're a liable for the import/export tax and this is not clearly communicated to you as buyer when you place an order. Just spend that extra thousand rand at 'normal' online store and save yourself some troubles.
