I bought a flex cable for Iphone 11 pro max face ID. It was faulty from start. The product was delivered in a cheap clear packet and no protection. I asked for refund and the seller tells me I didn't install it properly. This flex was installed by a professional iphone repairer and never worked from start. The unit is faulty from start.
