Bad service, wrong product

I ordered a screen replacement for my cellphone. It arrived in the right box, but the wrong product inside. They are not working to solve the problem. Instead they are playing for time. Their support sucks. I had to send the information over and over again. Its like they have 300 customer support people that is not using a Centralized system.
