Poor Service to small business owners

Disgusting service bad attitude towards small business owners at 10:17 Am I have send in an order via email to *** seeing that delivery is only on a Monday and a Thursday in my area I am trying to get the invoice and eft details so that I can please receive delivery on Monday , I have phoned numerous times up to now 15:08 and no joy of speaking to the sales person in question or even getting the email with the invoice this is very disappointing
