NO Service & NO After Sales Service

If you need service it is slow and don't expect any after care service either. I picked up an order after waiting for how long at their offices in JHB. Only to find that they did not add lids for all the jars i bought and added other glass containers that i did not order. I send them an email the next day got a response that the lady that helped me would check into the matter and get back to me, It is a week later i have send emails every day to get an update with no response. When you call their number *** someone picks up puts the earpiece down you can hear everything they talk about but nobody gets back on the phone to help you. My production has halted for a week now with no help from them whatsoever. I would rather pay more but go where you can get service Period!!!
