Worm found in WEETBIX

Hi,<br> <br> On the morning of 15 Jan 2016 around 10:40, while eating breakfast (which has been Weetbix for a while now) I noticed a maggot/worm with my Weetbix.<br> <br> I have taken out pictures and a short video however an upload is not possible on this site.<br> <br> Why was there a worm in my Weetbix?<br> <br> Is your facility HACCP compliant?<br> <br> <br> NB: This is a new box of Weetbix purchased from Spar in Mount Edgecombe.<br> The batch and details are available on the box which is currently at home.<br> <br>
