#WEET-BIX South Africa ignorance of queries.
@WEET-BIX South Africa #WEET-BIX South Africa I entered a competition on this facebook page. On the 12th of June they sent me a message to inform me that I was the winner of that week's competition. I sent all my details. They announced me as their winner on facebook. Till now , I haven't received the prize. I inbox them a few times, I asked on the fb page more than once, but nobody answered any of my messages or comments. They just ignored any query. I found it very upsetting that such a big company did not have the decency to answer a customer's queries.
