Unhappy customer

I'm not happy about bokomo, there was a competition a whatsapp competition where you buy bokomo products and take picture of the bsrcode, luckily I won R100 shopping voucher and they say I'll get cash voucher in 7 to 14 days but 14 days passed last week they haven't pay and the competitive closed on the 30th of July

Bokomo is a **** they made a competition without budget since the competition closed they think I have forgot that I have won
