Strawberry ProNutro

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent purchase of Strawberry ProNutro.

Upon opening the product, I immediately noticed a very unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, despite this, my daughter had already consumed some of it before we realised that something was not right. The taste was equally bad and clearly not of the quality expected from your brand.

I returned the product to the store where it was purchased; however, I am still extremely dissatisfied with this experience. This situation is concerning, especially considering that it involved a child consuming what appears to have been a spoiled product.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated urgently. I would also appreciate feedback on what may have caused this issue, as well as assurance that proper quality control measures are in place to prevent this from happening again.

Please advise on how you intend to resolve this matter.
