Serious Health Concerns remain unaddressed at Pronutro / Bokomo
I have repeatedly notified PioneerFoods / Bokomo of serious health violations with their Pronutro product. I cannot obtain even a courtesy response to any of my messages against the latest complaint.
The latest being that a week ago I poured out the cereal and found a feather mixed in with the cereal.
Two/Three years ago, I also laid numerous complaints around :
- Misleading advertising on packaging - Inedible bits in the cereal - Weevils in the cereal. - Burning smell around cereal - And now the Feather in the mix
It took me weeks to get an official response to those issues two/three years ago, and it was merely a “sanitised” response to “fob me off” promising various persons would be notified.
If you look on HelloPeter, you will see my complaints are not isolated. This is extremely discourteous and disrespectful, and at worst, a flagrant disregard for health laws. I am sure I don’t need to remind anyone of the Listeriosis outbreak when it comes to health concerns around our food industry.
