Safari Peanuts & Raisins
I bought a sealed packet of Safari Peanuts & Raisins from Pick N Pay Swaziland in Manzini and to my shock and horror, whilst chewing, I felt something hard that almost broke my tooth. When I removed the peanuts from my mouth, I discovered a mealie seed mixed amoung the peanuts and raisins. I brought it to Safari's attention via their customer care line ***and was told that I will be sent a voucher. No apology, no effort to rectify and find out what batch incase there are other packets with the same problem. I was merely given a reference number - ********** 41, and told to do my worst if Im not satified with the response. Shocking terrible service!!! Why would I go near another packet in future?
