Pronutro sharp chemical smell - bad taste

I recently bought a few large boxes of ProNutro Banana Flavoured cereal. I opened one of the boxes and it had a sharp chemical smell. I went ahead and tried to eat some, it was disgusting! It also had a horrible aftertaste. Where is the quality control at your factory?
