Pronutro sharp chemical smell - bad taste!!

I recently bought a large box of Pronutro Original....an old time favourite until today. I opened the box and it had a sharp chemical smell....almost like petrol / diesel!!! I went ahead and tried to eat some, it was disgusting! I had to throw it all away. It also had a horrible aftertaste that lasted quite a while. I don't want to go through the nuisance of filing a complaint and not having anyone get back to me, and I certainly do not want a voucher for another one of your products. I will not buy Bokomo again, but what really concerns me is that the issue haven't been addressed and there is clearly a problem...judging from the complaints that I have read from other people. Where is the quality control and what kind of conditions do you have at your factory? This is the kind of thing that makes a person wonder and worry!!
