Pro nutro packaging disaster

Good day,

I would like to bring to your attention a defect in the packaging of the pronutro cereal. In todays world, its always easier to go the social media route however I would like to allow you the opportunity to investigate and rectify the situation.

After opening the packet and when trying to re-seal the packet by rolling/closing the cut open corner my packet splits at the bottom and all the cereal comes pouring out on the end. Causing a mess on the floor.

This happened to 2 packets (one strawberry flavour and the chocolate flavour just recently.) I have sent a complaint on the site but have yet to receive a response. Opened another box and same happened.

I have taken pictures should you wish me to forward this onto you.

Desired outcome: A replacement of at least one of the flavours as I feel this is waste due to improper packaging.
