OILY SMELLY PRONUTRO
<p>I bought a Pronutro 750gr Banana flavour (R49.99) from the Shoprite, Randburg Square, Ferndale Randburg on 21 September 2016. I opened the pack on the morning of 22 September 2016 for breakfast and immediately got a foul old oily smell coming from the packet. I made my son a bowl of it and he complained that it tastes funny. It was disgusting! The expiry date of the pack is 02/10/2016. I had to throw the box away because it made my grocery cupboard smell like old oil. I would like an explanation why you would sell old, off, oily cereal.</p>

Kindly note that as of today, 24 October, i have receive no correspondence herein. I was told via the telephonic discussion that i would be receiving correspondence within 7 - 14 working days. Nothing has been fortcoming. The sample has been collected on 05/10/2016 and nothing happened after that. Please sort this out immediately. I was also told that a voucher would be sent in order to replace the old cereal, and nothing as well.

This is now unacceptable... No one is getting back to me!! I received a telephone cal on 25/10/2016, saying someone would be in contact with me with regards to the above. Its the 8th November today and to date, NO ONE, has informed me about what is happening with this...UNACCEPTABLE!!
I was promised a voucher in September already! Nothing has been forthcoming!
